The Media Associate will be responsible for the success of several different public relations and media efforts including:
- Writing internal and guest blog posts
- Posting to social media outlets such as Twitter and Facebook
- Writing internal press releases, articles for online news publications or other online media, and informational content for consumer education

Paid Search Analyst
Reports To: Senior Paid Search Manager
Department: Consumer MarketingThe Paid Search Analyst’s primary focus will be to apply statistical analysis to optimize keyword selection, ad copy, bids and landing pages used to advertise health insurance comparison websites on pay-per-click (PPC) platforms.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting for pay-per-click accounts
- Track account level data for trends in performance
- Suggest changes to bids to improve campaign performance
- Track performance of and contribute ideas for landing page tests
- Create, deploy, and monitor new ad copy
- Monitor lead production during business hours
- Review error/failure reports daily

Reports To: Chief Financial Officer

We are looking for a high-energy, experienced financial planning and analysis professional to provide unparalleled business analysis support to GoHealth’s business units. As a trusted business advisor to the senior management team, the SFA will undertake responsibilities such as the following: a) enhance and maintain financial models for the business units, b) work with business unit managers to develop data measurement and reporting systems to report and project results against established models, c) providing insight on business risks and opportunities and financial considerations. The SFA will assist the business units in achieving their short, medium and long term objectives. The successful candidate will have demonstrated exceptional relationship and communication skills as well as significant business/financial analysis experience.
Responsibilities
- Enhance and maintain detailed financial models to support accurate and timely monthly forecasts, annual and periodic budgeting and long-term financial projections; these models are essential tools for effective decision-making regarding the Company’s strategic direction and investment
- Develop detailed models that accurately convey key business unit risks and opportunities as they relate to revenue growth, profit growth, and risk management
- Communicate extensively with key business unit personnel and build relationships across various Company organizations in order to be a trusted business advisor

Senior Software Engineer
A Senior Software Engineer is responsible for being the technical lead on a GoHealth product or key product component(s). This person is completely accountable for gathering requirements, designing and implementing the product/component, providing estimates, overseeing the development, and deploying and monitoring the application in production. This developer works closely with the department and product architects to make sure the product/component developments meet our business requirements, fit into our overall product line, and is a reliable and professional application.
Responsibilities
- Creating designs for features and major enhancements
- Providing development estimates of the new features and enhancements
- Mentoring new developers for your product/component(s)
- Understanding the business needs and drivers for the product/component(s) you manage
- Performing as the "lead developer" on the product/component team(s)
- Enforcing departmental coding standards and best practices for your product/component(s)
- Performing thorough code reviews of all code
- Taking accountability for the performance and reliability of your product/component(s)
- Making sure that all code is well-written, well-documented, and well-tested
Job Specifications
- At least 4 years of Java development experience

Staff Accountant/Financial Analyst
Reports To: Corporate Controller
Department: FinanceThis Staff Accountant/Financial Analyst will be responsible for both day to day accounting tasks, as well as month end close procedures necessary to close the month. The candidate will also work closely with the Assistant Controller to update and maintain our LTV tracking model, as well as implement/use a database to automate the process of tracking and reporting commission data. This candidate will also be responsible for various financial reports that will be required both monthly and quarterly.

- Track and update the commission payments that are both received and delivered by GoHealth
- Ensure the accuracy of the payments made by the company to various other agents and vendors
- Maintain various financial models (LTV Analysis, Budget to Actuals, etc.)
- Prepare and analyze various metrics relating to commission payments
- Conduct various month-end close accounting procedures including Journal Entries, graphs, and financial reporting
- Collaborate with various departments throughout the company to collect and track financial information
Job Specifications
- BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting required
- CPA preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant Finance experience. Work experience in Big 4 audit firm or private company accounting department is preferred
