At GoHealth, we don’t have a formal vacation policy because no matter how many vacation days you take, it’s your impact on our business and mission that counts most. That's also why we have a “Flex Fridays” policy year-round. During this time team members can to leave work early every other Friday once their work is complete.
We have a casual dress code.
With a few exceptions throughout the year, you may dress casually at the GoHealth office. We believe employees shouldn't have to wear a suit every day to do their best work, so we keep the dress code flexible.
