HealthAmerica's specialty is group health insurance plans for businesses, providing a range of options for various health and budget needs of employers and employees.

Their group HMO plan is one of the most affordable comprehensive health plans available. HealthAmerica's HMO features no deductible and no lifetime maximums. It also has low copayments for preventive care, such as doctor's check-ups, physicals, and immunizations. Members receive care from a large network of physicians, hospitals, and specialists.
