Responsibilities

• Partner with operating department heads on organizational and personnel development, training, skill building, and employee satisfaction on a continuous basis
• Administer, budget and maintain reporting for all employee compensation, benefit, and incentive compensation programs
• Work with operating department heads to design effective compensation plans in the context of the overall employee compensation budget
• Manage and standardize documents and enhance and communicate Human Resources policies and procedures for our multi-location entity
